Abstract The reflection and refraction phenomenon of propagation waves in couple stress micropolar thermoviscous elastic solid media with independent viscoelastic properties have been studied. structure the model has taken such that plane interface is divides given into two half spaces perfect contact. Here, we find there are five waves, one them propagating independently while others set coupled travelling different speeds. Energy ratios, coefficients relative to numerous reflected refracted investigated when longitudinal transverse strike at through medium. inequality energy evaluated numerically presented graphically under three theories thermoelasticity, namely, Green-Lindsay theory (GL), Lord-Shulman (LS), Coupled (CT) versus angular frequency angle incidence.
